Offline Test Software

Conduct examinations without internet connectivity using ConductExam's offline test module. LAN-based delivery with auto-sync when reconnected.

Offline Examination Software for Zero-Internet Environments

Not every exam center has reliable internet connectivity — especially in rural India, government exam centers, defence establishments, and remote campuses. ConductExam's offline test module allows you to conduct fully-featured computer-based tests (CBT) on a local area network (LAN) without any internet dependency. Questions are pre-loaded, exams run locally, and responses are synced to the cloud when internet connectivity is available.

This hybrid online-offline architecture ensures that your exams are never disrupted by internet failures. The offline module includes all core exam features — timed tests, question randomization, proctoring, auto-save, and instant result generation — running entirely on a local server. Once connectivity is restored, all exam data automatically syncs to the cloud for centralized reporting.

Key Features

LAN-Based Delivery: Deploy exams on a local server and deliver them to candidate machines over LAN. Zero internet required during the exam — complete offline operation.
Pre-Download Question Papers: Download encrypted question papers from the cloud before the exam. Decrypt locally at the scheduled start time with a secure activation key.
Auto-Save & Recovery: Continuous auto-save of student responses to the local server. If a candidate machine crashes, they resume from exactly where they left off.
Automatic Cloud Sync: When internet is available, all exam data (responses, timestamps, logs) automatically syncs to the cloud platform for centralized result processing and reporting.
Offline Proctoring: Webcam monitoring and screen recording continue in offline mode with local storage. Proctoring data syncs to cloud for review when connected.
Multi-Center Support: Run the same exam simultaneously at multiple offline centers. Results from all centers merge automatically in the cloud for unified merit lists.
Portable Server: Our offline server can run on any Windows laptop or mini-PC — no dedicated server hardware required. Carry it to any location and set up in minutes.

Perfect For

Government recruitment exams in rural centers, defence establishment exams in restricted zones, university exams in campuses with poor connectivity, and any high-stakes exam where internet dependency is an unacceptable risk. ConductExam's offline module ensures your exams happen on schedule — regardless of internet availability.
