1. Subscription and Service Fees
Fees for ConductExam services are based on the specific plan or customized quote agreed upon at the time of signup. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are typically billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing cycle.
2. Payment Processing
We utilize leading third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PayU, or International processors) to ensure the highest level of security. ConductExam does not store sensitive credit card or banking information on its own servers.
3. Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your admin dashboard or by contacting our support team. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding cancellations mid-cycle.
4. Late Payments
In the event of a failed payment or late payment, ConductExam reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the platform services until the outstanding balance is cleared. We will provide multiple notifications before any service interruption occurs.
5. Currency and International Payments
Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic clients and USD/equivalent for international clients. Exchange rates and international transaction fees may be applied by your issuing bank.
