Role Overview

Join our sales team as a Software Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by presenting, negotiating, and closing partnerships for our examination software platform with educational institutions, coaching centers, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized product demonstrations showing the value of ConductExam proctoring and assessment tools.
  • Develop customized commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with university directors, HR executives, and school principals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are accurately represented in custom configurations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate sales, enterprise account management, or SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of selling software to educational institutions or enterprise corporate accounts.
  • Dynamic presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of sales funnel metrics and sales pipeline management.
